Process Demonstration

Step One - Fill in our quote form.

This first step is the most important as any specific requirements or specifications you may have can be passed on to us by mentioning them in the quote form. Although our dynamic team of professional designers are great at developing original designs, they aren’t very good at reading minds. Certain images, colours, or themes that you envision must therefore be requested during this stage. If you have no ideas of your own, our designers will do their best to create a suitable logo to match your company’s image.

Step Two - We contact you.

Once you’ve filled out the quote form, we will contact you to confirm you request, and to discuss any concerns we may have, or any further requirements you may need or want.

	Step Three - Order confirmation. In order to execute your design, we require a 30% deposit to confirm that you would like to proceed to the design stage of the process.

Step Four - Presentation.

Once we have received your deposit we’ll get straight to work on your design concepts so that they can be presented to you in varying colours and styles. From these initial concepts, one must be selected in order to proceed to the next stage. It is vital at this point for the client to be 100% sure that they are happy with the selected design. Once you have chosen from the concepts provided, there is no going back.

	Step Five - Design Development. Now that you’ve selected the foundation for your logo, we will work with you to develop and revise the design, incorporating different colours, fonts, and graphics according to your feedback. Once you are totally satisfied with the logo revisions you can select the one design you most prefer before moving on to the next step.

	Step Six - Finalisation. Upon receiving your final design selection, your logo will then be professionally prepared and sent to you in the Ai source, along with various document formats such as EPS, JPG, GIF, and TIFF. It is also at this stage that we require the balance of your chosen package to be paid in full.

Step Seven - You walk away smiling.

Now that the process is finished, and you are 100% satisfied, we ask that you submit feedback so that we can let future clients know how happy you are with your design.
